I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom orders
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

► CHANGE OF ORDER / CANCELLATION OF ORDER
 I try to process orders as quickly as possible in order for my customers to receive their jewelry in a timely manner. If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel your order, please do so within 4 hours of placing the order, or before you receive the “Your Order Has Shipped! notification, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will usually appear on your card statement within 5-7 business days. Occasionally, refunds can take up to 30 days to appear.

► RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We accept unworn and uncustomized returns and/or exchanges within 14 days of when your package was delivered. Returns/exchanges are NOT accepted on custom pieces, unless we made an error. Please contact me at sherryvjeffery@gmail.com for refunds/exchanges.

♢ RETURNS

Returns will be processed in approximately 2-3 weeks. For returns, I refund the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. I do NOT refund shipping costs.


♢ EXCHANGES: FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM
